The LFJCC-2010 float type water quality online monitoring system is an online fully automatic monitoring system that integrates water quality online analyzer, system control and data acquisition, and remote monitoring.
It combines modern communication technology to automatically transmit real-time measurement results of instruments, system operation status, operation status of each instrument, instrument and system failures, and other information to the central management unit. It can accept various instructions sent by the central station and remotely set, calibrate, clean, and monitor the entire system in real time.
System advantages
Flexible station layout, no need for fixed station buildings, low construction cost:
Adopting 24-hour uninterrupted solar power supply:
Using 8 100W solar panels, the maximum capacity of the battery is designed to be 800Ah.
Using low-power monitoring equipment:
Low power monitoring equipment is used (the power supply is controlled by a relay. After the instrument is tested, it automatically shuts off and the power is restarted before the next test.)
Equipped with anti-theft system:
The system adopts two methods of GPS anti-theft and signal disconnection alarm for anti-theft alarm, and supports notifying management personnel through SMS on mobile phones.
In situ measurement of five parameters:
Compared with the five parameter monitoring system of station building water quality monitoring, the five parameter testing is not affected by pipelines and water intake distance, ensuring the testing of real water samples.
Water intake unit
The water intake mode is fixed water intake, using a water intake pipeline to directly draw water from the bottom of the ship's side. According to the national surface water sample collection standards, two-stage filtration is used to collect water at a depth of 0.5-0.8 meters below the water surface to ensure the representativeness of the water sample.
Power supply unit
The system is equipped with a solar power supply unit, using 100W standard monocrystalline silicon solar cell modules. The battery adopts colloidal cells, which are less affected by the environment and have a large capacity to meet continuous monitoring needs.
auxiliary unit
The system is equipped with a video unit: camera bracket components, cameras, and gimbals are installed on the ship's hull, using 24-hour uninterrupted power supply. They are connected to the data acquisition instrument through cables and remotely transmitted to the platform, allowing real-time observation of the water surface situation.
Anti theft and alarm unit: In order to ensure the safety of monitoring equipment, two methods are used: GPS anti-theft and signal disconnection alarm. Once there is a significant geographic displacement in the GPS display or instrument signal disconnection in the control center, the system will automatically trigger an alarm and notify management personnel to take corresponding measures through SMS.
Maintain the platform and floating columns: Install auxiliary floating columns on both sides of the hull to increase buoyancy and ensure the stability of the hull. Install pedals at the opening position of the cabin door to facilitate maintenance work by maintenance personnel.
Probe reagent storage box: The required reagents for the instrument are placed in the reagent storage box, which enters the water surface through a carrier to achieve low-temperature storage, effectively extending the shelf life of the reagents.
